Muraqbaa (Meditation) kiya hai?

Muraqbe ko technic ke aik set ke tor per bayan kiya ja sakta hai. Jis ka maqsid beddari ki bulandi aur tawajah e markooz karne ki hosla afzaayi karna hai. Muraqbaa bhi shaoor ko badalne wali aik technic hai. Jis ki nafsyaat e bahbood waseeh paiymaane par fawaad zahir kiye gaye hain.

Zahan saazi (Mindfulness) Muraqbaa

Zahan saazi (Mindfulness) main doosron ke darmiyaan, donon zahan saazi per mubni tanaao main kami (MBSR) aur zahan saazi per mubni therapy (MBCT) shamil hain. Aur Zahan saazi mukhtlif masayel ko nishana bana sakti hai, jese ke depression, jis ka matlab hai ke uski tawajah practice se mukhtlif ho sakti hain.
